Yeah I know you asked about heaters specifically, but honestly? The kingleting heated car seat cushion saved me twice and technically solves the same problem. Heats YOU directly instead of trying to warm all the air, which is way more energy efficient. Runs 45 mins on low setting without noticeable battery drain. And seriously - sit ON it, don't cover with it. Nearly froze my butt off before I actually read the instructions lol
