Did this exact trip with my in-laws last summer, white sheet between two trees worked shockingly well. the thing nobody told me was to start the movie at least 40 minutes after sunset - we started at dusk thinking it was dark enough and half the first act looked like we were watching through a foggy window. actual darkness is non-negotiable
